Connection
Reconnect With What’s Always Been Holding You.
Spirit isn’t something you reach for it’s something you return to.
In the silence, in the land, in the breath you’ll find you were never separate.
Connection: Spirit Lives Within All Things
We live in a culture that prizes independence, but what I’ve learned is that real strength comes from knowing we’re not alone. Connection isn’t just about other people — it’s about reconnecting with the part of you that’s eternal. Spirit isn’t somewhere else. It’s not in the next book, the next reading, or the next retreat. It’s here — in the breath, in the moment, in the silence you’ve been avoiding. When you slow down, you’ll remember: you were never disconnected. You just forgot.
In my own work, and especially in the stories I shared in From a Burden to a Blessing, I speak openly about the power of spirit. I’ve felt it, lived it, and at times, been overwhelmed by it. But the more I let go of needing to control it, the more it taught me. Connection is not about proving you’re spiritual. It’s about remembering that you are. And when you live with that truth — not as a belief, but as an experience — everything changes. You start to feel held, guided, and grounded, all at once.
Connection is what brings meaning to awareness. It deepens your sense of belonging — to the earth, to others, and to your own soul. Without connection, awareness can become isolation. But with it, you remember that life is always holding you — even when you feel lost. This part of the journey is about trust. Trusting your intuition. Trusting spirit. Trusting that you’re already enough, and that you’ve never truly been alone.
